Don Brown

President

Don has had a 30-year career in midstream. Before establishing Tradition Midstream in 2011, Don served as Vice President of Gas Supply for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P., a publicly-traded master limited partnership, where he led the company’s midstream commercial activities in East Texas, South Texas and North Louisiana. From 2005 to October 2008, Don was Vice President of Gas Supply and Marketing for Millennium Midstream Partners, L.P. Millennium was sold to Eagle Rock in October 2008. Before he joined Millennium, Don served in various midstream management positions with Dynegy and Warren Petroleum Company, directing both commercial and operational teams.

Don earned a Bachelor of Science degree in natural gas engineering from Texas A&I University.

Mark Edge

Vice President, Land & Right of Way

Mark brings more than 30 years of industry experience to Tradition, beginning his career as a petroleum landman at Gulf Oil Corporation in Houston before joining Chevron Pipeline Company, where he managed right of way related activities for various pipeline projects in Texas and California. Mark subsequently managed the land and right of way portion of numerous cross-country and urban pipeline projects covering hundreds of miles throughout the United States for a variety of companies before joining Crosstex Energy as Land Manager. While at Crosstex he supervised land activities across Texas and Oklahoma during a period of rapid company expansion.

Mark later joined the management team at Millennium Midstream Partners where he actively participated in both the operation and expansion of midstream facilities throughout East, Central and West Texas, before assuming the role of Director, Land & Right of Way at Eagle Rock Energy Partners as part of the sale of Millennium to Eagle Rock in 2008.

Mark is an active member of the International Right of Way Association. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Oklahoma.

Bryan Johnson

Vice President, Engineering & Operations

Bryan has directed more than $1 billion in capital projects over the course of this 20-year career in midstream. Before establishing Tradition Midstream, Bryan was Vice President of Operations for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P., a publicly traded master limited partnership, where he led operations in the company’s East Texas, South Texas and North Louisiana regions. From 2004 to October 2008, Bryan was Vice President of Engineering and Operations for Millennium Midstream Partners, L.P., a privately held midstream company that was sold to Eagle Rock in October 2008. Prior to joining Millennium, Bryan held management positions with several midstream, power generation and engineering firms including Dynegy, Trident NGL, S&B Constructors and Engineers, and Oxy.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

James Lee

Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Prior to the formation of Tradition Midstream, James served as Vice President of Gas Supply for Eagle Rock Energy Partners, L.P., directing the company's midstream commercial activities in the Texas Panhandle, Alabama and Gulf of Mexico regions. From 2007 to October 2008, James was Chief Financial Officer of Millennium Midstream Partners, L.P. until its sale to Eagle Rock in October 2008. Before Millennium Midstream, James held commercial and financial management positions in energy project development, natural gas trading and marketing, treasury, budgeting, forecasting and auditing with Jefferies, Enbridge, Dynegy, and Mitchell Energy and Development.

James earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and is a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. He is a member of the Texas Society of CPA’s and is a Trustee and the Treasurer of Frassati Catholic High School, a new Catholic high school that opened in the fall of 2013 to serve communities in North Houston.
